What We Collect & Store

• Event submissions originate through an email address hosted via Google Workspaces.

• Submission details are processed and stored securely to facilitate engagement and mobilization.

• Approved submissions are published in publicly accessible formats to ensure transparency and actionability.

 

Platform Analytics & Third-Party Services

• NATS is hosted on Wix, which may collect basic site analytics (e.g., page views, traffic sources).

• NATS does not actively track user behavior and does not deploy additional cookies or tracking scripts beyond what Wix may require for basic functionality.

• Users should review Wix’s privacy policy for further details on platform-level data collection.

 

Data Retention & Security

• Messages containing personally identifiable information (PII) are deleted within 48 hours, except in cases of abuse or illegal activity, which may be retained for moderation purposes.

• EXIF metadata is removed from submitted images when possible, but users should avoid uploading sensitive metadata.

 

By design, NATS prioritizes security, decentralized data storage, and privacy-conscious organizing, ensuring activists can engage safely.
